A colossal $1.5 billion project is being built. Burj Azizi Tower. The building will be the second tallest skyscraper in Dubai, which will additionally house a 7-star hotel and a “vertical shopping mall.”

Dubai-based pioneer Azizi Developments has announced details of its planned second-highest skyscraper in the city. The final height of the giant skyscraper has not yet been announced. The date for the official start of construction will be announced soon.

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the city’s most important route, the ambitious $1.5 billion Burj Azizi Tower will include a seven-star hotel, luxury residences, penthouse apartments and a vertical shopping mall, observation decks, top-notch restaurants, a host of amenities and attractions.

Mirwais Azizi, founder and CEO of Azizi Developments, in early 2024, said:

“Today is a special day because we are finally starting work on one of my dreams. This skyscraper will be our legacy. Since Dubai, the most beautiful metropolis in the world, has provided so much for me and my family, this tower, which will be the second-highest, is our way of repaying this emirate and its extremely hospitable people.”
